Help Topic: Favorites
The Concept: Each user on GreyHen has access to a favorites list, which lets them easily choose images they find while browsing to save for later. Each account can add up to 1000 images to their favorites list, and can have only one favorites list, with one exception - we'll get to that later.
Creating a List: To create a favorites list, you'll have to be signed in to your GreyHen Account - if you don't have one, you can sign up here. Once you're signed in, go to your Homepage, then click "Personal Pool". You should see some text telling you that you have room for more pools - click the link it provides, and your favorites list will be created!
Adding Favorites: The easiest way to add a file to your favorites list is to view the file you want, then click the yellow star in the top right corner of the screen. This will add the image you're currently viewing to your favorites list, without making you navigate away from the image.
Viewing/Editing Your Favorites: To view your favorites list, go to your Homepage, then click "Personal Pools", and then select your favorites list (which will have a unique pool ID). You will be taken to a page displaying all of the files in that favorites list - clicking on any one of them will show you the full-size image, and let you scroll between them. To edit the list, go to the page you were viewing all of the files from, then click "Edit" in the top left. This will give you a number of options for adding, moving, and removing files.
Extra Favorites: Running out of space in your favorites list? Want to keep some favorites separate from others? You can indeed have multiple favorites lists, but since they take up so much room on the database, it won't be free. It will, however, be cheap - for every dollar you ever donate to GreyHen, you'll get an extra 1000-image pool! You can donate here.
